Description:

Cardiff Business School has an exciting portfolio of 20 postgraduate taught programmes with over 1,500 full time and part time students from around the world. Following recent expansions in student numbers, the School is looking to appoint a bilingual Administrator (Postgraduate Taught Programmes) to provide support to its postgraduate taught programmes and the professional services and academic teams which care for and support them.

This post will report to the Postgraduate Hub Team Leader and will be based in the School’s Postgraduate Hub but will also provide support for the activities relating to postgraduate taught students of the School’s Student Experience and Student Cases Teams.

The post holder will be an experienced administrator with excellent customer service skills, delivered through both English and Welsh languages. They will have the ability to work flexibly and collaboratively with colleagues, providing cross-cover where needed.

We are looking for a creative, flexible, enthusiastic and responsible person with the ability to work as an effective team member in support of a wide range of areas and activities.

This post is full-time (35 hours per week), advertised on an open-ended basis.
