This post requires a flexible, committed and enthusiastic individual who has excellent customer care skills and is keen to provide a positive experience for all enquiries received at Cardiff Metropolitan University, whether by telephone or in person. Based at either Cyncoed or Llandaff Campus you will acquire a detailed knowledge of the University and provide an efficient and effective client service for students, staff and visitors in accordance with normal and emergency operating procedures. As a Cardiff Metropolitan Campus Receptionist you will have a professional appearance, wear an official uniform and promote a welcoming, caring attitude at all times. The ability to speak basic conversational Welsh is essential for this role. Two vacancies available, Llandaff 22.5 Hours/ Cyncoed 27.5 hours
